Birthday parties at GO KIDZ follow a 3-hour itinerary. If you and your guests would like to extend the play time, you must purchase the play tickets separately from the counter.

Our party slots time are from 10am to 4pm.

Here’s the itinerary, using the 10am time slot as an example:

Party Start Time & Play Time 1st session: 10am

• Check in and pay your balance

• Guests check-in, get a wristband and get GO KIDZ grip socks – head off to play for an hour!

• You can put all the birthday presents on a cart set aside for you

• If you bring cake or cupcakes, you can put it in a cooler by request (please ask our party concierge) – large items should stay in the car

Party Table Set Up Time & Birthday Bash: 10.50am

• You can now use your reserved Party Table

• You have 10 minutes to do the birthday setup & decorate your reserved Party Table.

• Gather all the party guests ready for the birthday bash

• Food, cake, presents

• We will provide plates, utensils and cups

• No outside alcohol is permitted since we do not have a beer and wine license

• Just a heads up, no playing during this one-hour party time. Don’t worry, you’ll get another chance to play after the party!

• Clean up all the decorations and the tables. Please note that an additional fee of $50 will be applied for any excessive cleaning required in the Party Table or Party room area

Play Time 2nd session: 12pm

• After cleaning up, you & your guests are off to play again for an hour!

The later time slots repeat on the same schedule.

GO KIDZ birthday party table packages all include:

• 3-hour Fun times – 10 minutes for set-up, 1 hour of reserved party table, and 2 hours of unlimited play!

• A party concierge will help you with anything you need

• 2 boxes of 16” Large Pizza (choice of Pepperoni or Cheese)

• Dedicated Party table for 1 hour (including set up and clean up)

GO KIDZ have special dedicated Party Table for minimum 10 kids, dedicated Party Room for minimum 20 kids. Additional adults and kids will have to pay an additional charge.

Yes. Adults who are just watching are counted as guests and will be added to your guest list. Every adult who enters GO KIDZ for your party must check-in and receive a wristband.

Infants 0-9 months who will spend the entire time on a lap or in a car seat will still be added as a kid attending your party.

Yes! You can add more food for your party. Within 72 hours before your party, please contact us and let us know how many more food you would like to add.

Unfortunately, no outside food or drinks are allowed. We have a party package that includes pizza, and beverages. You can always add more pizza or drinks as well for an additional charge. We do allow families to bring a cake or cupcakes to their events.

Yes, you can bring cakes and/or cupcakes to your reserved birthday party. No cakes or cupcakes allowed if you have not booked the party package with GO KIDZ. Please do not bring ice cream or ice cream cakes to minimize spill and messiness.

No. We do not have a freezer, so the ice cream will be melted before you’re ready to eat it. A regular cake or cupcakes are best for the party!

You are welcome to bring decorations for your kiddo’s party. No tinsel, glitter, confetti, silly string, or piñatas, please!

You will have 10 minutes of set-up time prior to your hour in the party room. We just ask that you only use the non-marking putty that we provide so you don’t damage the paint or walls, and that you clean up and take away your decorations when the party is over.

Please note that an additional fee of $50 will be applied for any excessive cleaning required in the Party Table area or Party Room.

Yes, we do have a cooler so that we can keep your cake before and during your party time. Please plan accordingly (i.e., no ice cream or ice cream cake!).

The most important things you can do to ensure you have a smooth party experience with us are:

• Make sure ALL your guests fill out their waivers in advance. Kids, adults, and babies all need to have a current waiver on file with us. Adults each fill out their own and minors are added to adult waivers. It doesn’t matter if they’re planning to play in the playground or not – any person coming into the building must complete this step. Ideally, you will send out the custom waiver link you get upon booking so that your guest's waivers are linked to your party, but as long as everyone has one on file, we’ll be able to get them checked in efficiently.

• Get us your guest list and food order when we call to ask for it a few days before the party. Without your guest list, we don’t know who to admit, so you may end up paying for kids you didn’t intend to invite.

• Show up on time or at least 10 minutes before any of your guests so we can get the final payments taken care of and go over all the party details without being rushed.

• Empty the party table or party room promptly when your party is over and make sure all presents, decorations, leftovers, etc, go back to your car.

• Communicate with the party concierge about how we can help you have a fantastic event, and we’ll do our best to make your birthday party unforgettable!

Yes! The $150 deposit + tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance, plus any extra people and food, and tax, will be due on the day of the party.

Parties are reserved with a non-refundable $150 deposit (it will applied to your balance)
