PARTY POLICIES AND HOSTING GUIDELINES

GO KIDZ Party Policies and Hosting Guidelines
Walk-in parties are not permitted. Cake, gifts, and balloons are only allowed at the Reserved Party Table or Party Room with the purchase of a Party Package. Cake is not allowed in the Playground, Trampoline, or playground seating areas. Customers who violate this policy may be asked to leave and may forfeit Entrance Fee(s).

PARTY HOST DEFINED
The Party Host is the person who purchases a Party Package. (This means you are the Party Host, and GO KIDZ provides the place and food for your party). It’s the Party Host’s responsibility to arrive on time or 10 minutes early for check-in, pay the balance in full, gather guests to the Party Table or Party Room at the reserved time, serve the pizza and cake, leave the party table or party room at the end of the reserved time and notify GO KIDZ staff when ready to check-out.

PARTY CONCIERGE DEFINED
The role of the GO KIDZ Party Concierge is to assist you, the Party Host, with check-in, assist with check-out and payment of balance due, and check on the Party Host during the reserved time at the Party table or Party Room. The GO KIDZ party team will set the Party Table or Party Room and deliver the pizza and drinks to the table.

CAKE POLICY
Cakes or cupcakes are only allowed at private Party tables or Party Room with the purchase of a Party Package. We recommend that the cakes arrive sealed from the vendor. Ice cream cakes or ice cream are not allowed. Party Hosts may be required to provide ingredient and handling information if an outbreak of food poisoning is reported after the party. GO KIDZ does not accept responsibility for losses or damages to cake. Party Hosts are responsible for taking the cake to the Party Table or Party Room and serving the cake.

CAKE SERVING POLICY
A refrigerator may be available to store the cake in during the first activity hour. No freezer is available therefore, ice cream and ice cream cakes are not allowed. Party Hosts are responsible for taking the cake to the Party Table and serving the cake.

PARTY TABLE POLICY
The purchase of a Party Package includes access to the reserved Party Table for 60 minutes. Other groups may reserve the Party table before and after your reserved time. It is the responsibility of the Party Host to gather guests and present at the Party Table at the beginning of the reserved time and to help guests gather their belongings and leave the Party Table at the end of the reserved time. 

TABLE CLEAN UP POLICY
The Party Host will take care of the clean-up. All items left on the Party Table after the reserved time will be discarded. We recommend all personal items, gifts, balloons, left-over cakes, etc., be secured in a vehicle at the end of the reserved Party Table time. Confetti, glitter, silly string, fireworks and piñatas are prohibited and will result in a $100.00 policy violation fine. Please note that an additional fee of $50 will be applied for any excessive cleaning required in the Party Table area. 

PARTY DRINKS POLICY
Pitchers of lemonade or soda are included with each Party Package, and the lemonade or soda is served at the party table. The lemonade or soda is refillable. Pitchers of water can be provided by request. Cups are provided at each party table. The pitchers and cups must remain on the party table and cannot be taken to the playground area. Do not remove pitchers or cups from the party table. 

PARTY WATER POLICY
A drinking water fountain is available if guests are thirsty before and after the scheduled time at the party table. No outside drinks are allowed. Do not bring soda, juice boxes, Capri Sun, coffee, alcohol, etc. Policy violations will be subject to a policy violation fine. 

OUTIDE FOOD AND DRINK POLICY
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside GO KIDZ. The only exception is a cake, which is permitted with the purchase of a Party Package. Any outside food or drinks, including ice cream, fruit, chips, cookies, peanuts, juice boxes, popcorn, etc. will result in a $200 policy violation fine.

ADDITIONAL FOOD ORDER POLICY
Additional food can be canceled for no additional charge at least 48 hours before the party starts time. Additional food canceled less than 48 hours before the party check-in time will be added to the final party balance. The current menu price will be charged for all last-minute cancellations of food items.

PARTY FAVOR POLICY
Party favor bags can only be opened and given to guests at the party table or party room. Candy and toys are prohibited in the Playground or Trampoline areas and can be a choking and allergy danger for other customers. The party host is responsible for ensuring that any remaining trash from the favor bags is appropriately cleaned up.

PARTY GIFTS POLICY
A cart may be available to store gifts on during the first hour of Active Play. The cart can be taken to the Party Table or Party Room at the reserved time. Gifts and wrapping left on the Party Table or at the Party Room after the reserved time will be thrown away. GO KIDZ is not responsible for damaged or lost personal items.

DECORATION POLICY
Balloons and tabletop decorations are allowed. Confetti, glitter, silly string, fireworks and piñatas are prohibited. Bringing any of these items will result in a $100.00 policy violation fine. Please note that we set the Party Table or the Party Room with a basic table cover, plates, napkins, and cups. Party Hosts usually have 10 minutes at the beginning of the reserved time to place decorations on the table.

WALL DECORATION POLICY
In order to maintain the birthday party area, our policy prohibits the use of tape, thumb tacks, staples, or command strips on the walls. Do not bring banners. Damage to the walls will result in a $100.00 policy violation fine plus all costs associated with the repair.

PARTY HOST CHECK-IN POLICY
We recommend that the Party Host arrives on time or 10 minutes early to check in and pay the balance due in full before the people attending the party arrive. Guests may be required to wait until the Party Host arrives. The reserved time at the Party Table or Party Room will not be adjusted if the Party Host (or party guests) arrive late.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Party Hosts are responsible for helping everyone who attends the party gather their belongings and exit GO KIDZ at the scheduled check-out time. If guests remain at GO KIDZ after the party checkout time, additional charges for the additional time may be added to the Party Host’s bill.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS POLICY
The Party Host is responsible for paying for all people, children and adults, who enter GO KIDZ to attend their party. Additional people will be added to the party balance above the number included in the Party Package. The Party Host must pay the entire balance on the day of the party.

LATE GUESTS POLICY
If a guest arrives late, the guest must check in and receive a wristband. The wristband purchased for them with the Party Package expires at the scheduled check-out time. If guests arrive after the Party time begins, the food cannot be reheated and the reserved Party Table or Party Room time cannot be extended.

NO-SHOW GUESTS POLICY
If a guest fails to attend the party, the wristband purchased with the Party Package for them expires at the scheduled check-out time and cannot be refunded or transferred.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to create a reservation. The deposit will be applied towards the final cost of the Party Package. The deposit is non-refundable. Should the Party Host cancel the party for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. If GO KIDZ is forced to close for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

PAYMENT POLICY
The Party Host is responsible for the full payment of the Party Package plus all additional people and food added to the party, fines, and taxes. GO KIDZ does not keep credit cards ‘on file’ for payment. The Party Host is responsible for paying the bill in full before the party starts. Any additional fees will be added to the party host's bill.

POLICY VIOLATION FINES
Please follow all policies to avoid being subject to fines. Fine for leaving before paying the entire balance due $500.00 plus all costs associated with collecting the debt; Fine for bringing outside food and drinks into GO KIDZ $200.00; Fine for attaching decorations to the walls or ceilings $100.00 plus all costs associated with repairs; Fine for excessive cleaning $50 and Fine for using glitter, confetti, silly string, fireworks and pinatas $100.00. 

PROSECUTION OF THEFTS
Party Hosts who leave GO KIDZ before paying the entire balance will be subject to a $500 walk-out fee and all costs related to the collection of the debt. 
GO KIDZ reserves the right to prosecute all theft to the fullest extent of the law.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The $150 deposit is non-refundable. The deposit may be transferred once to another date if we are notified at least 48 hours before the check-in time that a reschedule is requested. Party cancellations that occur less than 48 hours before the check-in time cannot be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited. GO KIDZ reserves the right to cancel events due to severe weather or interruptions to travel for staff and/or guests.
